Almost half of the dryers carry a "out of order" sign during busy hours. And to add to the surprise the rude old guy who works there appears from nowhere and pulls off the sign and says "it works". And when you question him about the "out of order" sign he blasts at the customers saying that's none of their business. In most of those instances (the out of order machines) i had to argue my case that the clothes were still wet and soggy after $4 = 32min HIGH temp rounds given they were loaded up to the recommended level. Few times i was given back the coins to use another dryer and the guy keeps swearing at me behind my back and slams dryer doors once loaded as if i had done something wrong. And then every single minute he opens the door, interrupts the cycle, puts his hand in and touches the clothes.

Used to be a good and convinient service but not anymore. Have cut down times. $1 for 6mins instead of 8mins which it used to be until last week.

Gross!!! Got yell at for nothing. You can't split a blanket in two drying load and the owner say it is overload the machine feeling sorry for the poor woman.

Started using the dryer when almost all Aus coins were accepted and then onwards gradually dropped down to now $1 coins only. Not sure if the people who runs this place needs to keep on par with new technology, efficient machines and organize a pleasent operator or just blatantly abuse the everyday customer. I've moved on but hope this comment serves in a form of constructive criticism.

Went to wash my bed sheet, rude old man comes up to me with no introduction and says get it out or I'm going to throw it on the street. Still stunned by his comment, he continues to raise his voice yelling the sheet is to big. Okay speak to me politely and we can sort it out, what a rude owner please work on your manners and customer service skills.

Never had a problem, the owners are quite friendly (even when I had a very noisy 3 year old) always kept tidy, asfor those that don't understand the fill size is so the machines don't break due to weight. Common sense so rare its a super power..

And as mentioned in earlier reviews he's quite delighted by the presence of young woman. Being a long-standing customer and witnessed incidents as such, i've set him up few times by sending my wife in whilst watching from the car where he greets her, bows, opens the door, opens the dryer doors, offers to even load the dryer. And guess what, sometimes complimentary $2 coins for extra cycles. Where as when i walk in, coin the dryer, and as soon as i hit the HIGH temp button he gives me the angry face and mutters "knows something" and walks away. Let alone the complimentary coins my wife receives, everytime when i request for exchange of other coins for $1 coins i receive his usual line "don't you know to bring change".

Not sure if I'm supposed to run the cycle on low temp to save his gas bill or whether to even use the said out of order machines just because he wants me to. Haven't violated any of his conditions for the best of my knowledge yet get treated like a colonial peasent.
