    I was happier with my hair before I went into the store. I think they don't know how to cut the hair style I want which I have had for the last 10 years. It is a very simple and common Asian hair cut I asked and in the end they still didn't fix my hair the way I want. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow back and go to another hair dresser to fix it. Extremely not happy!

    They left bleach in my hair and didn't tone it my hair was left so brittle after, its taken a year to get back to okay. They wouldn't give me my money back, why would I want to go back to a place to 'fix my hair' that just completely ruined it. Pay more and get better quality.
