    During initial phone call, I was told "allergic reactions are quite rare", only to hear same person later talking about needing to take medication to have her own lashes done as she has a reaction herself to extensions !?

    Please have allergy test done beforehand AND ensure your technician understands what you are wanting.

    My lashes have almost grown back after 8 weeks from allergic reaction to lash extensions from here, and I can bearly wear makeup as I am so sensitive to it now.

    Also, I was v clear about what I wanted when I made first phone call to make appointment but unfortunatley that information was not relayed to technician. End result was complete opposite to what I wanted. Had to have them removed ASAP.
