  The first time I was there (5 months ago) the receptionist was rude, the dentist was evidently very inexperienced and it took three people to turn on the screen to see the x-ray I brought along. I never got my quote and was told to return again without a solid explanation as to why. I was very upset from this experience.

  I have been travelling from the south of Adelaide to Mawson Lakes for over 7 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. They have always gone above and beyond whether it be from the front office to the hygienist or the dentists themselves. Satera is my personal dentist but on a few occasions when she was away her fellow colleagues worked with the same professionalism and standards. I now live on Hamilton Island but will still fly home for my scheduled routine visits. Highly recommend them on all levels.

  Came here recently for a check up and clean. My dentist was lovely and she did a great job, quickly and efficiently, but she also took her time to provide me with some information about teeth whitening kits. The downside was the receptionist. When I called to make my appointment, I was quoted a certain price. When I walked in for my appointment, all of a sudden the price was $40 more and when I said something, was just told "I don't know why you were quoted this, this is our price". She was also not very friendly. I'll come back just because of the dentist but wish they were more transparent with their quotes and respect what they tell their patients on the phone.

  Eventually I returned because I was actually able to get an appointment with the dentist my friend recommended. She was absolutely amazing. She was detailed, thorough, client-centred and sounded as though she had the research and understanding to support her recommendations. I was very pleased with my second visit. Also, the receptionist this time was very kind and helpful.
